Grass-fed Beef

The Gonsoulin Family has been raising cattle in south central Louisiana since 1770. The family raises grass-fed beef without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics and works the land on horseback to create a stress-free environment for the cattle. Committed to natural and sustainable cattle raising, the farm is a member of the American Grass-fed Association, which conducts on-site inspections of the ranch to assure the consumer that the meat has met the grass-fed guidelines.
